What services can Manage My Booking perform?Through the Manage My Booking, you can:

myPAL Flavors
No. For passenger who wish to rebook his/her flight provided no changes on the route, myPAL Flavors may be carried over to the new flight. Changes must be done at least 72 hours prior to scheduled Estimated Time of Departure at any PAL Ticket Offices or Contact Center. Click myPAL Flavors for more info.

Yes, you may request wheelchair assistance using Manage Booking. We require advance notice for proper endorsement to the concerned offices.
