HOW TO CHAT

You can chat with our Support Team directly from your account. To open the instant chat, please follow these steps:

• Log into your shop site with your Consultant ID number as your username
• Wait for the “Help/Chat" button to load, this will be found at the bottom left-hand corner of your page

• Select the ‘Chat’ option to connect with our team and get real-time answers!

Once you're done chatting, you will receive a copy of your conversation with our team. If you think of any more questions that pertain to your chat, you can continue the conversation by simply responding to this email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
